A self care list is a list full of activities that you engage in on an ongoing basis to lower levels of stress.

Maintaining and using this list is important to me. Being a full time university student, employee and volunteer can take certainly take a toll on my health and I find that it’s important to step back once in a while and enjoy the little things in life.
